k6 note with 4gb ram 64gb memory is having hybrid sim or there is dual sim and special card slot plz any one reply and there is really heating, hanging, and network issue plz reply (only the person using this phone)

My airtel Vodafone bsnl simcards shows full signal in Motog4 plus, shows only half network in k6 note. I thought it's my individual handsets issue. Actually I was planning to go to Lenovo service centre to solve this issue, because in low network area this phone completely loss it's signal.
