1. Hangs some times , close the app...
2. Heating abnormally during charging...
3. Speaker sound gradually slow down...
4. Contacts are missing and numbers and details are mixing with other contact details.
5. Response of customer care is very poor.
6. I have bought 3hand set at a time and face similar problem in each mobile.
7. Phone metallic body is very sensitive, got body bend due to fall in floor. I took twenty days time to replace the body cover.
8. Due to heating problem is am unable to keep my phone in shirt pocket as well as pant pocket.
I think my phone's are just 12months old...

Yes it's true! Same problem with mine.Screen freezes that's why I need to factory reset it again and again.Another thing is that all my files ( photos,videos etc ) was deleted even if I made a backup and remove the SD card before factory reset..There's also a problem with fingerscanning it interferes with the screen functions.I hope Lenovo will fix this up.

After sometime of purchasing this phone you will get touch screen issue so please don't buy it.

P.S, 03 Jun 2018yes you have to replace the displayyeah even i faced this non working of screen in my early days.....you have to give it to the company to repair it...flashing roms,increasing textures etc won't work to make it correct!!

The ghost/random touch occured on my screen. and the screen not responding for touching is the middle & lower end. I tried to factory reset & flash my phone but the problem not resolved. anyone ever experienced same problem??
is the screen really damage? so i have to change the screen?

This phone is amazing . I have it about 8 months and had no problems with it. Main advantage of this phone is battery duration . It have very good camera for daylight shots and videos . A few times I accidentally drop my phone from 0,5 m height on hard surface ( with silicone mask ) and never broken something on this phone . This phone is worth of money !

Nice Phone. Using for more than 1 year. Hangs sometimes, But that might be because i play so many high consumption games. No Lags ever experienced in any game. Good Graphics. Great sound.

The audio output is excellent just turn on the DOLBY ATMOS ....cameras and battery are too....nought....

Dear All,
Don't purchase this phone, its very slow in terms of operating on day to day routine. Worst phone i ever used. If a phone doesn't respond on time when you touch it then its useless in my opinion.

Dear weavers i have this phone. Please dont buy this phone. this is very low quality. Charger not working proberley ,and frount camera still not good, and speaker also not working proberley. I loose money,so pls dont buy this.
