Guys, I am having this phone since JAN 2018, I am having heating issue with this lenovo k8 note handset, sometimes it get so hot, it feels like it is going to blast very soon that too while checking my emails, As I am media professionals, thought to circulate this problem of K8 note heating on all online media, so that others can be safeguarded for not buying this problematic k8 note series phones.

Good phone
1. Battery lasts the whole day till next
2. Notification feature needs to be fixed
3. Performance is good
4 . Camera decent
Overall it's not a bad phone 👍

It's the worst cellphone I have purchased in my life. It has worst battery backup and it heats like hot saucepan. It's difficult to hold it due to high temperature. I get maximum of 4 hours of battery life on normal usage.

sriganesh, 20 Feb 2018Go for Honor 9 lite. best in class smartphoneI stopped using huawei and Nokia phones because of combo. I like dedicated memory and sim slots. Only Nokia 3 and 5 have the rest all hybrids. Same as huawei , I stopped loving them after they adopted the hybrids too.
I have 2 sims and a memory card I have for years by choice, no manufacturer is going to change that unless they invent a better alternative to the phone as we know it.

Got a K8 (4+64) note two days back. The device is absolutely fine. Have an issue though. When headphones are inserted and a music clip is played (even ringtones...) we get to hear sound from headphones as well as handset. Can somebody advise? I don't want the device to sound when headphones are used on ears. Thanks in advance.

Front and rear both Camera quality is good..
No Handset heat issue
Audio quality is good
Without using display we can change/ pause audio with single button
To be added features:
Built in Call recording feature
Network speed
Sharing contact option through text (as text)
Different Themes and icons in display section (if it's inbuilt app that's better)

Ganz, 19 Mar 2018Suggest the best headphones for k8 noteI use the SoundPEATS Q12 wireless headphones for my Lenovo K8 Note. It's absolutely amazing. If you are looking for a wired one, I'd suggest the Sennheiser CX 180 Street II. It's the best!
