            All users of Lenovo k8 note, I think everyone has got two updates till now.
            After update please do "Hard reset" of phone to work properly. All the problems facing you are get solved.
            How to do Hard reset-
            1. Remove your Gmail/Google account from phone.
            2. Switch off your phone.
            3. After switch off, press power+ volume down together.
            4. Go to eMMC by volume down button (Chinese things written you found)
            5. Press OK by power button.
            After some time your phone get hard reset.
            Later things you can easily do....

                                  It's an excellent phone. Very happy with it's performance. Dolby Atmos sound effect is really nice. Battery is also very good. Overall I would rate 4.25/5 for the phone
