But yeah I do agree regarding the problem. after 1 year automatically goes off sometimes, So they changed the mother board ( as it was in warranty so that was free of cost) and the problem solved... but again after 8 months the same thing happened and then they said 8k for the main board so It's better to get a new phone.

This is such a useless phone after the oreos update it just resets itself , most users facing the same issue , we should even file a class action suit

Anonymous, 07 Nov 2019The first time it happened the service center just reset my... morek8 note performance is amazing and dolby atmos audio is gorgeously hit every notes of song as well as enhancing it's base and can adjust it's fine in venom black but our k8 note is came from other country it's better.

1-Do select to install all applications in internal storage, and ensure to move any application from external storage to internal.
2-Ensure to update to latest software.
3- Wipe dalvik cache.

Surprisingly, cooling starts the phone and it works for some time, say about 6 hours, depending on the weather. So it is actually an overheating issue.
