Thanks Bro. you have 4 option.
1.Try Hard Reset your phone (google how to hard reset first)
2.wait for 3rd OTA update
3.ROOT or flash to custom ROM with Android 7.1.1 (if you know it very well i don't recommend).
4. Lenovo customer care Advises to Walk nearest service center to resolve this problem.

    Alarm is not ringing and timer is not working.. For example, if we set 1 min timer, even if the timer reaches to 0, the sound is not coming..

                    Tip:- Read only if you are not in hurry

                    Complete Entertainment and Productivity means Lenovo K8 plus. I am using it from last 5 days .bought it from flipkart @10999 INR. It is very Nice phone and Nice Battery Life. Some User having some issues with this phone i will tell how to solve them at End. Let me tell you its pros and cons.

                    Pros:
                    1>Build Quality:Good build quality having a metal back-cover (exhaust heat quickly) and Gorilla glass 3 protection. But Add tampered Glass and silicon back cover for extra layer of protection.

                    2>Battery: Best battery life life around 2 Days keeping with wifi,4g ON.It has 4000mA Embedded battery thats why it has 1 year warranty, batteries that are removable has only 6 months warranty. No fast charging is good feature in this phone. Fast charging overloads the high power on battery which is not good. It takes 2hr Avg to full charge 0% to 100%.

                    3>Camera:
                    Rear Camera: Good Camera and video recording.13MP+5MP Dual Autofocus Camera and Dual LED Flash. 5mp is used for Depth calculation.Supports 1080p and 720p HD recording @30fps. It has Six mode of photography that we see in Digital camera that are Panorama mode,Slow Motion,Professional Mode,Video,Photo mode,Depth Enabled Mode. Professional mode lets u to set ISO, WB features of camera like DSLR camera.

                    Front Camera: 8MP with Flash good camera with Full HD 1080p and 720p Video recording with Face Detection Feature. Nice Quality Pic.

                    4>Calling: Works Fine with Reliance Jio 4G with VoLTE( Video Calling/HD voice)

                    5>Display: Vivid Display 1080p.It has resolution of 1080 * 1920 Full HD IPS . 424 pixel per inch (more PPI great Display). K8 note has 5.5 inch 401 PPI Display and K8 plus has 5.2 Inch 424PPI That means it is Great Display. A Full HD LED TV in your Hand.
                    IPS LCD Displays produces True colors than AMOLED Displays. AMOLED Displays produces over saturated Colors. AMOLED Display phones are good for Parents or Uncles.

                    9>Sound:It has Dolby Atmos Feature which does not provide true Dolby atmos feel that is in theater but enhances the mobile audio output much great way

                    10>No Heating Issue: This phone has Metal back (Aluminum) cover,Battery efficient CPU does not heat the phone while gaming or Playing videos .

                    11>System Memory Management and Updates:
                    This phones has 4GB/3GB RAM and 32GB of ROM (internal/Phone Memory).You can download huge no of application.Memory Management is good with 4GB RAM thats why does not hang the phone.It comes with Android Nougat 7.1.1 .with Oreo upgrade in Future Android 8.0(currently in Testing).Lenovo Provides OTA Updates for this phone fixes software issues ( less no of Brands provides such updates). Go with 4GB RAM variant. 3GB RAM doesn't make any sense.

                    13>No Hybrid Sim Tray: SD Card + Sim 1+ Sim 2. No need to compromise for SD card. Everything is Separated on only one sim tray. SIM Ejector pin included in Package.

                    14>Fingure Print Sensor: Used for authenticating any app or phone. After PIN,Password,Lock Pattern and now Fingerprint adds Another layer of security for your phone.

                    15>.Lenovo Help:Its a App by lenovo helps to know about the phone hardware and warranty information. Software status. Test the hard. Raises error if any hardware not working well.
                    also you can use Lenovo forums to chat with other lenovo users.

                    Cons:
                    1>Poor FM: It has Very Poor or worst Quality of FM/Radio. FM Lovers might be Disappointed.But you can use Live FM Apps or JIO Radio .

                    2>No Earphone/Headphone- No earphone or headphone included with package may be con for some people.

                    ----Issues with Lenovo K8 plus----------------------------------------
                    1>Battery Draining: Many users facing Battery backup issues after 2nd OTA update. you can fix this by factory resenting the phone. Update is not applied until you factory reset.
                    Don't download and Install the 2nd OTA Update.Wait for 3rd Update.

                    2>No 4K video recording:H/w is not capable of 4K Recording. why do need 4k recording 4k videos are not played on Full HD displays. We can not achieve a Real 4K video Quality from phones Camera.

                    This phone is Good for Students and for Entertainment purpose with good battery life and camera in mid range Budget Go for it until it is in stock.

                              There is a Free & a Paid version.
                              I use this App daily to keep my phone running at its best.
