Ended up buying through a Taobao store via a shipping agent. The photos of the actual product from the shipping agent had "Lenovo Pencil" on box front and the back sticker had model number "AP500U" and lists Y700 2023 as compatible. I should have it on hand in a week or two.

Considering what is available nowadays on the market when it comes to tablets ( prices and specs ) I would rate this tablet 9/10. It could be a 10/10 if only the Pixel per Inch of the display could be around 420-450ppi. That being said, I would like to thank Lenovo for being so considerate of the consumer base and the gamers with this awesome gaming gear. Thank you Lenovo...
PS : I wish game devs would be so kind as to release more classic games such as Red Alert, Age of Mythology, Neverwinter Nights on Android based devices.

Just like its predecessor, I love this tablet a lot. However, I still think it missed out on first-party detachable keyboard accessory. That would be a perfrct addition to this tablet. I always refrain from using Bluetooth-operated peripherals, especially when it comes to audio, as I have to charge more item than necessary and never long lasting.

Please, I easily take that "old" universal feature than a proprietary solution that only profits the brand. Also, best of luck charging the tablet when you don't have an extra USB-C port. 🙃🙃

Newer unit with Precision Pen 3 2023 use MPP instead.
The do advertise the [Pen] to support WGP, AES, and MPP
But the [tablet] unit seems to only support MPP

But it does have usb c out through the landscape usb c port, I can connect it to my thunderbolt dock and use its desktop mode with mouse and keyboard just fine.
