@Azhar How do backup all my stuff.. Pics and videos are not a matter of concern because they are in sd card.. I have a truckload of apps and games installed and I don't want to lose the progress made in any of them.. So can u tell me how to do that.. Should I use a third party app.. Please provide me the best solution.. Thanks in advance..

ask, 28 Apr 2017@azhar. ok, but why i must factory reset my phone? wheter... moreIt'll depends on what 3rd party apps & games you have installed in the P2. Usually, after major OTA of OS platform, 3rd party apps and games are the culprit of ROM instability.
LeMoto Devs produce the stock ROM when the device is in "blank" state. No apps. No games. Nothing. Just plain stock empty blank ROM.
When they do the full test on the Nougat, they can't verify all apps and games in Google PlayStore will be running well or impose threats to the stock ROM.
So, when they released the Nougat ROM via OTA, your P2 has already being in "disturbed" state and not "blank" state. Hence, after Nougat OTA, many faces instability issues like apps crash, high CPU usage, memory leaks, high energy consumption, sudden reboot, etc.
Therefore, the best scenario BEFORE OTA to major Android OS platform:
1) Full backup current apps, data, contacts, bookmarks, etc.
2) While P2 is still running Mellow, hard reset it.
3) OTA to Nougat.
4) After Nougat system is up, hard reset again.
5) Test all hardware and software features under Nougat. DON'T RESTORE OR INSTALL ANY APPS YET.
6) Once step 5 is A-OK, now only restore backup data.
