Non the less the P2 is enough for everyday tasks. Also, P2 is cheaper.

No need to factory reset. Just upgrade to Nougat, if any apps crashing then ju restart your phone. One or two times. My device is working fine.

Just updated to nougat, notice some apps force closed (gmail, twitter), tried to restart but still crashed, but after a while it seems okay already.
UI seems smoother, love the new apps switcher, status bar icons seems smaller, and there's annoying persistent portrait icon, signal bar shifted to the right, along side with battery and else.
Let see about battery.

I have updated my Lenovo p2 to nougat.initially apps crashed but now the phone is working perfectly without any crashes.so guyz update your p2.initially you may face some problems but after that it's fine.

1 ram management not good as before now only ram is free 1.5gb to 1.9 gb
2 charging speed is very slow than before

Becouse HOME button features explained below is awesome, I can't imagine using P2 without them.....
Copy/paste issue 1 user reported on lenovo forums:
"Hi Lenovo, I was very excited for the New Android 7.0 well after the upgrade, I started seeing applications crashing, where the messages and email apps has stopped, then offcourse i did reset to factory defaults. I thought the issue had fixed post the factory reset and now I lost my HOME BUTTON features (One touch to back, Long press to get all the background apps) I am unable to disable the Vibration features for Keyboard, All the features i had during marshmallow is completely lost. Please help"

No need to worry anything becoz it's a brand new device without any 3rd party apps yet...

Then not downloading the 1957MB update i should first factory reset then proceed with all the updates including nougat and then proceed?? Ryt?? Can u tell me a bit more clearly??

Aftr d 7.0 update memory management and fingerpring scanner is improved by a huge marging. Now it can hold lots of aps in memory. Fp scnr is fast as flagship.

To all who updated to nougat! Is the interference issue between headphone jack and wi-fi fixed? I mean is the hissing problem still there when you listen music with headphones while wi-fi is on?
