The main culprit or source of energy leak is actually MEMORY LEAKS in the firmware. With lots of hidden background services running continuously and filling up the memory slots, the more energy is used to keep these apps running in the memory.
It's the MEMORY LEAKS issue and not battery drain issue...

Anonymous, 28 Jun 2017@azhar75 What do you think about the battery drainage in No... moreThe phone works fine on latest updates but there is tons of buggy apps if you have 100 apps and every app takes only 1% your battery is gone but try to do a calibration on the battery over night, long press the power bottom 10 sec to until power of, and charge the battery when of.

Don't know if this is a bug..... When you do not clear all the apps from recent apps and simply reboot, the applications are still there on the recent apps page after the reboot.... Don't know if this is beneficial or not....
But its not normal....

i have p2 as my alternate phone and i play asphalt 8 airborne which works fine and i also play sniper fury modern combat 5 mini militia coc no lags are their.
and one more thing you even dont have to worry about battery .
and in mi 5 you can play all high graphic games but you have to care about battery.
