P70 will not switch between 2g and 3g automatically, it will struck and shows no connection. Signals are always cutting. Lenovo is sleeping. Best thing is don't buy this phone.

Last month I have bought a nice Lenovo P70-t phone unfortunatelly not P70-A but P70-T (i live in Europe, thats pity), I have got it as well, and started to use. Now I have got a strange problem with my phone I do not understand it, if it is a general problem, hardware or software problem or my mistake: after longer (3-4 h) standing my phone does not accept phonecalling (neither sms, no sign on my phone ) and my partners have got a message that the number they called unavailable permanently (the phone is not switched off!!!) When i take the phone in my hand and activate the screen, still not available (even my wife calls me beside me), but when I ringed her for a second (or anybody else) than it works again properly for several hour! Do you have any idea what could be the problem? Is this because P70-T and can not help? Some how it looks n the Vodafone (I have ) lost... Thanks your kind answer in advance!

I had P70 model. In this my Sim 1 the 3G data will not connect. So I am using only s2 2 G data. Version also 5.1. Previously also not working

People who are complaining of Idle Battery drain just go to settings and switch OFF GPS in Location settings. The battery life is batter than kitkat if you keep GPS off in Idle like by default in kitkat.

The camera is like the 5mp quality. The phone is cheap with fast processor and great battery. If u upgraded to lollipop then u need to backup to your Google acc and do factory reset. No vibe ui on top just stock lollipop 5.1. No, battery does n't drain faster but showing the "real" number. The battery with kitkat decrease slower from 100% but it will drain to 0% inside 3mins with 15% remaining after show warning even u stop using. The battery with lollipop u still can last about 2 hours with 15% left, it will show warning again once more with 10% remain and still can last another 1hrs. If u used the p70 u will feel other phone with battery ≦ 2000mah is a rubbish. Sold my expensive and stupid *phone5 after buying this phone.

If you do want to, Iwould rather suggest you to put on any custom rom like cyanogen mod 13 marshmellow equivalent .

AnonD-489846, 18 Jan 2016Hi there, I've got a notification on my p70 to upgrade the ... moreUse only WiFi, make sure power failure Will not effect modem and Internet will not cut off, charge battery full before upgrade,make it cool while upgrading, switch off sim card in settings.on the way if see any struck, don't cancel, wait and see.put an eye on the screen and see what are happening, finally do a factory reset. Then go to settings >storage>cached data tap on this to clear cache, and clear misk files
