I am writing this on the phone. It has a magnetic compass and GPS isn't as bad as the p770.
I have a Chinese ROM though so need the international one! If anyone wants to backup their international ROM for me...

lenovo made the best. i have lenovo p770 and its great. now i am waiting for P780 to be release here in the Philippines. i started using lenovo last year and i found out its working great. and cheaper price. now we are 2 P770 user and morethan 10 lenovo user of different model like a800, s890 a60+ . i told them to switch to lenovo. I am highly recomend lenovo.

My sister have Acer Liquid E2 for $250 only, 'n it has everything I want, Sound Quality Loud 'n clear, great Camera 'n Flash, Antutu Benchmark is 13.900! how about Lenovo???
Please Help... now I have $300+ for Android, give me suggestion... I don't wanna have the same type with my sister :'(

i'm a BB 9860 user. now i plan to buy my first Android.
between Lenovo P780 & Acer Liquid E2, which one you guys recommend me to buy? any reason (beside display size, pixel & battery)?

wedhusman, 27 Jul 2013p780 is better, it has quadcore cortex a7, desire 600 corte... morei had 3 phones with media tek processors MTK6577 and 2 MTK6589 and there is no problem with GPS.

Lenovo P780 VS HTC Desire 600
Which one is better by all means ? Specially Processing power.
I know P780 is cheaper and has a super massive battery but Desire 600 has BEATS and 1.6MP Front Cam with 8GB Internal.. Unable to decide which one to go with.
In my country if I manage to pump in a little more money I can get a HTC ONE X, but thats a little old now.
Also does P780 support 64GB cards ?

I called lenovo helpcare for getting details about this phone launch date etc i was told that the 1st batch of 1000 handsets has been launched and sold out. Another batch is coming soon by the end of this month, expected price in india
