My phone doesnt charge unless its switched off.. Asked the service centre to help me in trivandrum. They dont even know basics of android. They tell me to come next week. Pathetic service. Phone was awesome till kitkat update. After that this issue started. Can anyone help me to correct the charging issue?

guyz can any one tell me how to degrade the to jelly bean becoz kitkat is worst after i update lots of network issue and hangs every time, very slow in contacts, dailer menu is slow. i advice to be with jelly bean is perfect for device. thankyou in advance

Hello Every one: I am using this lenovo P780_ 8GB from last 2+ Months and Just tried to write point to point useful reviews. Have a look:-
• Purchased from online website.
• Sound quality of speaker while listening music is
GOOD
• Sound quality while receiving a call is better.
• Rear Camera is very good, but need to be steady
while shooting.
• Front camera is so so but can be use for selfie or
video call in a very good light condition. I have
made video call on hangout in local means Delhi
to Delhi it works great.
• Video recording in good light condition give a
satisfied result.
• Music listening with headphone is a great experience
• Build quality is good.
• Battery is Awesome after one recharge it runs 100
hrs, And using all social APP's and 24 hrs of
Internet using it easily runs 80+ Hrs. For that you
need to just keep in mind that you can adjust
BRIGHTNESS of Mobile phone.
Please note: I am not a gamer
Social APP's installed in my phone and I use it 24X7
are FB, Hike, Line, What's APP, Linked In and Two
email Accounts for 24X7.
• Battery is not removable by user.
• Screen is shinny/reflection is to high but still you
can adjust the brightness. Picture quality is good.

Please note: In this Price range it is a good phone.

Moreover now the phone gets heated up terribly more particularly when the phone is used on 3G. I now badly want my jellybean back. This Kitkat upgrade has been so deplorable. I recommend that consumers never opt for the Kitkat upgrade. Lenovo we need jellybean back or a more stable Kitkat fix.

Pls help. My Lenovo p780 takes about 10 to 15 minutes to booth after power on. It keeps saying Lenovo launcher not responding do u want to close it. Pls help. Wat do I do

Lenovo, please work on the battery. It is really bothering me. I have to be very cautious about my battery and even my RAM usage is always more than 80%. Phone gets heated up during calls and while playing games. I was a huge fan of this phone but after the update....i don't know what i am now.

This is the best phone I have ever used. The battery can last for 3 days if you are economical, or 1 day of very heavy use. It's just incredible.
Lenovo have fast charge technology. The phone will charge faster than any other phone. A samsung Galaxy series for example, take about 3 times as long to charge.
The only downside for me is the camera. It's one of the worst cameras I have used lately.
I bought mine in Asia.

lenovo user, 30 Aug 2014can u pls tell me how to downgrade?find a authorized service center for lenovo & go there with proper backup on SD card also carry a stand by mobile incase if they retain your piece. ask them to downgrade from kitkat to jelly bean. there are chances of getting mother board to be damaged due course of downgrading so be prepared to take this into consideration also or else continue with kitkat until further assistance from lenovo.

just procured one.appears to be good.have to wait and see.after reading comments not planning kitkat.but sales person says get update in good wifi no prob.he showed the updated one with kk which he is using couldnt find a prob.guyz pls respond

i hv faced the problem in apps lock sometimes its working and sometimes not..i hv checked wid all the apps present in playstore but still facing the problem...kitkat os is the issue or its other problem

urghhh....frustrated after upgrading to kit kat.... battery life now become shorter..n my galery n camera alwayz have problem... it will automatically reboot my hp..then says unfortunely bla bla....n cannot open my camera so i need to off/on my phone back...
