Please donot buy this phone. It faces network issue and have 3 Lenovo P780 phones in my family. All 3 phones are facing issue and are in services centre. We got Mother board replaced on one phone, however now we are facing network issue. We reported to service centre and after 10 days they said its corrected but we still face the same issue. All the 3 phones are less then 6 months old and we are facing issues network issue. Also head phone3s have stopped working.

we should go in consumer court for p780 beacouse most phone coming defective and custmer service is worst i read lot of complain for thir set and they take more than two month for reapair if you lucky otherwise parts not available and for replacement you will have to wait for one month consumer helpline no is 18001806030 so do not wait dial this no

Customer Service is hiliarious wherein no one is taking responsibility of taking up custormer calls and E-mails, very bad Customer service, and as per the Lenovo P780 Headset, initially it was very good experience, but Headset is incapable of Latest Anaroid 4.4 KitKat Software update because of Which i need to give back the phone to Service Center without any further assistance from Helpdesk, too bad Custormer Service. Super Dislikes for the phone as well as Customer Service.

My battery is on 7th day now and i have 50% more battery life, thanks for the second update of kitkat. I used my cellphone occasionally.

I have upgraded to KitKat and facing lot of issues.
1.Battery is very bad, before it use to run 43+ hrs now its getting down in 20hrs only.
2. Speed is the big issue now, before it was very very good on jellybean.
3. Keyboard is not soft in third party apps.
4. Getting restart very 13/15 hrs.
5. Connectivity issue, its get disconnect from 3g services.
And lot of bugs.
Could you help me to get back on jellybean, I think p780 is the best for jellybo only
Will wait for your response.

I have all my 32GB support device installed 64GB card - Samsung Galaxy Note, Samsung Galaxy Ace, Samsung Galaxy Ace 2, Samsung Galaxy Wonder(W), Asus Fonepad 7, Asus Fonepad Note 6, all working fine.

I recently updated my P780 to kitkat with lenovo update. Since then my background internet has turned off. Whatsapp, utorrent,facebook etc works as long as they are open. Once i come bak to home screen, torrent download gets paused, whatsapp msgs dnt get delivered. Please give me a solution to this.
