I thought it is my problem only. :) I use both SIM1 and SIM2 and it happens on both SIMs, sometimes it will have no network (X) and it is very frustrating. The worst thing is that I can't make any call and it will happen very frequent at rural area, hillside, highway even at office area. What I did for now is to disable the SIM on setting then enable it back, sometimes it is OK.

malaysia girl, 05 Feb 2014does this phone have overheat problem? kindly reply me :)i have one for 3 months now, never noticed any heat issue even playing real racing 3. the battery lasts 4 days on normal use. i just love this phone

i have a problem with 2g connection with lenovo p780. Here in malaysia not all places have a 3g coverage. Most of rural area only have 2g coverage. With lenovo p780 when u reach at any place that only have 2g coverage the signal just disappear. U can't make a call. The connection became 'X'.
I try to take out the sim n insert it to my sony phone and the sim card is ok. Means lenovo p780 have a problem with 2g coverage. IS THERE ANY SOLUTION? if there r no solution. Please think twice before u buy this phone. It's ok if u live in city centre like Kuala lumpur to use this phone. BUT If u live in rural area or ur job required u to travel a lot. I m not suggestin this phone.
