Why does my P780 sometimes shuts down all by itself? 4 times already since bought it 2 weeks ago. Then when I press the unlock button, it won't wake up! I had to press the red reset button at the back then only it will start. What's wrong? RAM overload? App problems? Pls help out!

I have used Lenovo P780 for a month.. Battery life is great.. However camera is not great, lots of noise.. Also i found bright circle about 0.5cm diameter at the lower left of my screen.. And 5 scattered bright dots (during start up).. Is that dead pixel?
Another thing is, i found the keyboard a little laggy that it would mistype and skipped the alphabets that i typed.
Anybody has this problem?
Other than that, it's a great phone

Is there another way to wake up this phone other that pressing the power button?
And why it is not connecting on internet via router ( other devices can connect to internet thru the same router)? Is there any settings I have to configure?

This is best phone I have used..
It has everything what a smartphone should be..
Who ever design this phone I thank them from heart..
First install what ever apps u use..then go to setting's..
For those who face WiFi network problem first go to
Lenovopower- setting's- lock screen network activity whitelist the app u want to use on network..
Whats app- some it won't send msg leave it for some time then it ask for call me (what's app has option they call u) press it..enter pin that's all..enjoy the best phone till now..
Just reply me if any problem..thank U LENOVO

I have developed a strange problem in the phone. Phone suddenly shuts off and when i force restart it then the battery levels are shown very low (despite this being fully charged)
i am not able to use it because then phone gets shut down frequently

I have been using this phone almost 2 months. Must say a great phone with awesome battery life. After a full charge, I can watch 2 movies and do moderate broswing over 3G networks and still be left with 50% battery life after 2 days.
The only downside I could see the screen seems to flicker a bit, but that too u wouldnt notice if you arent into finding whts can be bad about the phone.
