The lenono Phab 2 is taking more than 12 hrs for full charging. When it was new it was taking 2.5 hrs. The battery drains fast while using

I bought mine February of last year. Everything works great, tho newer games lag a bit. The biggest problem I have with it is the the phone. During the early months, I would have to drop the call and call again to have the person I'm talking to, hear me. If that doesn't work, a full shutdown or restart needs to be done. It's very annoying. They've released patches and I've seen improvements but it still happens from time to time.
If you have a bluetooth or corded headset with mic attached, there's no problem so there must be something with the phone's mic. Aside from that, I'm happy with it. The store I brought it from had a free plastic case included and I had a glass screen protection attached. I've dropped this so many times and it's still going strong. (I encountered the mic issue before I first dropped it so it's not because of that)

I bought mine approximately 3-4 months ago. Literally everything that can break on this phone has broken for me. Out of the box the phone and the SMS message apps that came standard did not work and I had to download others from the app store. Apps randomly disappear from my home screen AND my apps list. Apps I use a lot crash constantly (Facebook, Facebook Messenger, games). When I reboot the phone, it reboots on it's own 3-4 more times before I can use it again and it takes forever before it completes. And most recently I am unable to receive text messages at all. This has been a complete and utter waste of money for me. SMH.

i purchased lenovo phab 2 in 2016, now the speaker is not working, where exactly i will get the original speaker for my phone as well as what may be the price?

I've only had mine for a few days and so far it's perhaps the best Android phone I've owned. As of yet I haven't seen all the problems and shortcomings that many folks have experienced. But that said I have found the camera under low light conditions needed tweaking. I simply added 'A Better Camera' app and picture taking is improved tremendously... even under low light conditions. The other main problem is the infamous 'Phone Idol' battery drain problem (this is a wide range problem and not exclusive to this particular phone). Again, by adding an app, 'Greenify' in this case, much of the battery drain has been corrected.
Otherwise, this is a much better phone than what many have complained about. And when you consider the low price I paid for it, it operates much better than the majority of phones in the same low price range.

I purchased lenovo phab2 8 months before but after one or two months it's start hanging, and when I switched off and reboot then phone start in language which I can't read and then again I switched off and start then all my phone data deleted . It looks like I format data and this problem repeat again and again what I do . Please help

julius, 22 Jan 2018do factory or hard re-set...it will work then.try to update your phone's firmware.. you have to install the latest firmware so the data signal will be enhance.

Vram, 31 Mar 2018Its been 11 months since I bought it and now my mobile is g... moretry to change your power adapter. i try to find an adapter with fast charge (2.5 to 3 ma charging current). thats what i did, from 5 hrs charging down to 3hrs. it did not affect the battery performance coz i only charge when the battery reached 15%. hope it can help.

Pk, 28 Mar 2018Lenovo Phab 2 dataconnection automatically switched on some... morei also have the same problem before and i can't undo the changes. it happened when you disconnected from wifi then it will prompt you to switch to mobile data connection. then you accidentally choose "always". every time you turn off your wifi connection, your mobile data connection will turn on. since i can't find any resets in the setting i decided to master reset the whole fone. then it went back to normal..

Its been 11 months since I bought it and now my mobile is getting charged too slowly. It is getting struck at 50% or so... I don't understand what the problem could be.
