why is my lenovo cp is warm even if Im not using it. and is hot when in use. thanks

Bought this unit in May 2017 and was working properly with my simcard. Was very satisfied after using for 3 days. I bought a microsd to insert in simcard slot 2 but was puzzled when it stopped detecting my sim which is still installed in sim1 slot. Phone only recognized the microSD card. Inserted the sim to another phone and it worked.Brought the unit to the service center but unfortunately, tech only checked the phone with a sim while I kept my microSD w/ me. The phone detected the simcard just fine. I went home and reinserted the microSD. Got the same problem again. Sim in simslot 1 not detected, microSD in simslot 2 detected. Took out the microSD and only used the simcard. This time the simcard worked! I concluded that the phone will only work with either SIM or microSD, not both :( I had to leave for Manila a day after so I didn't have the chance to go back to the service center. Other than the issue with the sim and microSD, the phone is working great. Unfortunately, I have to limit the number of apps I install and I have to constantly delete files because the internal storage might get full easily if I'm not careful.

i have this phone i bought @ robinson galleria cebu ph. last may 2016. two port speaker design but only one is working sound is perfect than other. and so the battery is working well i dont regret buying it.

I have a 7 month with Lenovo ph2-650. A beautiful device like an Internet tablet and social networks. Wai Fai is also good. But the calls are a problem - the speaker can not hear what they say to me and the interlocutor is audible. The device is good and I use the second one for Internet / without calls /

I bought this phone from Flipkart 2 weeks the phone worked fine however after that phone used to hang a lot battery drains very fast the phone gets heated up so much that you can feel it moreover even through the Lenovo charger phone takes 3hours to charge same is the issue with Lenovo Vibe K5 phone the specifications of both the phones looks amazingly great however now it seems it's not worthy to invest in these phones due to the problems faced and obviously Flipkart has not done anything and is blaming Lenovo stating that if Lenovo is forcing them to sell the refurbished phone they can't do anything so is Lenovo selling refurbished phones????

Hi all. I'm Sri Lanka. Last week I buy this phab from abans ( lg and Lenovo dealer) still it's work find. I'm heavy user. Battery performed very well. Camera is avarage, slightly good. . . YouTube..fb..Insta..8ball pool.. 24 hrs internet on while my studying. Main thing battery. It's superb. No any lags.. stuck. I'm satisfy

Sim slot got damaged in one week. Couldn't find the part in any where . Service center people are telling that they will replace the mother board for sim slot also.
Any one suggest please
