I bought lenovo s580 5 months back. I found many problems( network, touch& hanging) ..not at all good for the money paid ..I find network issue and till now from past 3 months none of the lenovo service centre resolved this issue and told that parts is not available ... for one who buying this please don't go for this mobile

I use it from 8 months. Very good quality pics. I give between 7-8 pts. from 10. Price 8-9 pts from 10 pts.

It's mid range phone with average features. The best thing about this phone is it's shock resistance and it hasn't any protection for screen but it servive from drops. This can play asphalt 8in meadiam graphics and gangster Vegas too. Both cameras are average but from frunt facing camera is touch focus and can record videos in hd@15 frames. This can't record radio. This is a good choice as compear to Samsung galaxy core 2. It doesn't support otg USB.

always some apps get installed automatically even after it gets deleted again and again. also ads appear so often even when scrolling menu. unwanted or bad apps get installed. how can i solve this?

Hello guys, I think this phone have screenshot feature, just hold volume down + power button at the same time
And yeah, there is a battery percentage too, just swipe down the status bar to open notification bar then touch the "tiles" button. Waala

I have Lenovo S580 since 8 months & the last update makes the phone so slow & the contacts can not load easy as last software.

Pros:
Brilliant 5" Ips bright crystal clear display
Quad core processor
1gb Ram
8 mp camera rear
2 mp camera front
8 gb inbuild memory
2150 mAh battery more than enough
slim and light weight only 129 gms
never hang or lagging problem
great design for 5'' display
great costumer care support i.e. after sales service is excellent
cons
no screen shot option (as far as I know)
no Battery % status in notification area
no Lollipop update
Thumbs up to Lenovo
and those who are posting negative comments are requested to update their phone to the latest software and enjoy

I am using this Lenovo s580 since last 5 months not faced any problem yet, this is just to defame lenovo product I think bcoz I think lenovo is giving good phones in this price range and also customer care people are also very co operative. Please stop spreading rumors about such a great phone.
Every think is ok except battery percentage and screen shot option is not there rest every thing is superb

My great mistake to purchase lenovo s580 mobile . Totally disappointed with this such worst mobile. Virtually Lenovo has stolen my money. Placed complaint to Lenovo against the mobile informing all the problems (getting hot to hotter day by day, going automatically in silent mood, sometimes net work missing from both sims, phone voice automatically slow down while talking, etc.) but they didn't giving any assurance to replace this damaged set though it is in warranty period but they are throwing lecture to me to visit Lenovo service centre. Sorry to say that after visiting two times to service centre, my problems are not solved till the day. So, my friends please don't buy any mobile sets from Lenovo. LENOVO a worst mobile brand name.
