After latest firware download (... moremy s60 is in a loop reboot can't use it I've tried a factory reset i can't even do this because the smartphone reboot again. i've tried wipe data but when i switch off and switch it on again it freeze on the lenovo logo and send me to lenovo recovery and after a moment do the same thing really need some help on this
the phone is completely useless right now
if have any idea plz let me know

After latest firware download (for lollipop), mobile get rebooted & was hang at 75% during update. Pressed Power-off + Volume button & rebooted. But same problem (will hang at 75% at update). It was not even getting power off completely. I left mobile for some time (approx. 1/2 hour) and found that update went ahead to 100%. So looks like at 75% there was long update time, which we feel problem in update (as update took very long time @75 % of update)

When using the handsfree the volume up down does not increqse decreave the colume in my ears and it ia alwqys too loud. This on lollipop dont know before update. Anyone else having this problem? Any idea how to solve this?
