I recently updated my phone to lolipop. then notice something..

1. when i use the Double Tap to open the phone, it delay the touch atleast 2-3 second.

2. it consume a lot of energy ( i think the it runs a lot of system apps)

over all the phone is good and working fine..

can anyone have a stock ROM for S60.. i want to downgrade it again to kitkat.

thanks a lot..

Yesterday on the 27-05-2015 Lenovo S60 published over OTA Build number S60-a_S216_150520_ROW (Android version 5.0.2) in Serbia.

Bought this phone 10 days ago. So the next few words are my impression. As I said I bought this phone let's say 10 days ago in Belgrade (Serbia). After first boot and basic user configuraton I update it to OS ver. 4.4.4 (Build number S60-a_121_150402_ROW) or wahtever was on OTA. So far no bugs, no lag, impressed with onboard chipset and 64-bit processor, sufficient 2Gb memory, 5 " IPS screen with always missing Gorilla protection (package included screen protection and body transparent plastic protection by Lenovo), very good back camera (above average photos and excellent video)and again above average 5MP front camera. Next to speaker IS blue notification light witch is nice. The things that are missing is e-compass, magnetic sensor and GLONASS support. Battery: when in heavy use: 24 hrs, average and under use: 36 hrs. Thats for now. Do something about Gorilla glass protection LENOVOOOOO !!!!

                          Hello.
This handset from its own today and I am very happy with it , excellent workmanship , high performance, 2GB ram , excellent display , simply excellent phone for a nice price .
I had a question , they can never fathom that the display cover some resistant glass , gorilla or dragontrail will hardly rather from some unknown manufacturer , has a durable slide or not?
You do what you have longer observe any micro-scratches ?
Thank you have a nice day from the Czech Republic gentlemen .

I have it for three days, no problem since then except one thing: updated to 4.4.4 (S60-A_S121_150402_ROW) perfectly but the 5.0.2 (S60-A_ROW_S212_150504_ROW) update doesn't appear, it says "Your system is the latest version." (I even tried with the PC Smart Assistant.)

I saw that others had this problem too, how did you solve it finally? Has anyone tried this? (http://lenovo-forums.ru/topic/12569-lenovo-s60-a-%D0%BF%D1%80%D0%BE%D1%88%D0%B8%D0%B2%D0%BA%D0%B0-s60-a-row-s212-150504-android-l/)
I am a bit afraid of updating from a forum.

I have been using Lenovo s60 since May 5th and I served me well till now. Though I had a problem with opening the sim card slot when I got it as the pin is not pushing through and later I had a problem with the Earphone socket as it didn't read the earphone so i wasnt able to use my headset for a week then I switched it off and inserted the jack, the phone recognized the earphones. When it comes to the network, it is excellent, no problems encountered. Wifi is acceptable. Gaming and watching and sounding are very nice. One last thing, since it has 8gb internal only despite the 2 gb ram, even if I have the sd card as the main storage, sometimes when downloading apps from play store, it would flash that i have insufficient storage. with that i had to go to settings, apps, and kill all the running apps and make sure that the internal storage is of enough space.

Over all, the phone is very fine! No lagging encountered yet. I'm a heavy user btw.

On Lenovo web site it is stated that internal memory may be extanded only if one of two Sim cards is replaced by an SD card. Is that true?
