Oga_uzor, 20 Mar 2016Hi guys, I just got the lenovo s60 and in my opinion it is ... morehi there, i have this lenovo s60 and it sucks at first, super laggy and slow. but the thing is if theOS is lollipop, factory reset then connec to wifi and disable auto update from wifi in playstore to avoid further update on apps to avoid lag, disable unwanted apps like hangouts, maps, etc. if you can downgrade your phone to kitkat, its far better than lollipop, runs faster and smoother no lag no delay. boot fast and shutdown fast. im running a kitkat on my s60 and no problem all bloatware removed.

Hi guys, I just got the lenovo s60 and in my opinion it is a pretty decent phone for its price.
I started experiencing some problems with the phone when trying to power it up; I noticed that at some point it took longer than usual to move past the boot screen of the phone although it eventually booted up so I ignored the issue cos I thought it was a minor glitch but yesterday while I tried to power it on, it was stuck on the bootscreen and it hasn't booted up till today although I could still hear my phone ring when people tried to reach me, I had no access to picking up or seeing who it was that was calling since all I could see on my screen was the lenovo logo.
Is there anyone out here that has experienced this issue before? Or anyone that can help me resolve this issue without losing all my data on the phone, cos I really cannot afford to lose all that information. Thanks

I'm using this phone n no problems ,no heating, no legs .
Update it to latest firmware
Lollipop + 4 updates to stable.
I'm using Whatsapp,Viber, wechat,line,messenger, Fb apps,lite,Instagram, hike, UC n many apps but no legs .it's brilliant after updated system n switch to wcdma/GSM to decrease battery drop.I'm loving it

You can transfer apps 2 sd card, first go to internal storage you ll see an option at the top of the page choose default memory section, click there an you ll see the external sd card, press sd card and phone will restart, after this operation you can move apps 2 sd

This phone is the biggest disappointment ever! I would advise people not to buy it! 1) Its memory is very limited, a fact that the salesperson never brought to my attention. 2) Contacts are duplicated ever when I use the special app to remove duplicates and also contacts are lost. 3) Sometimes the caller's name does not appear in the screen even if they are saved in my contacts. 4) Very often when I receive calls and press the answering button the call freezes up and I need to wait for 10-20 seconds before I can talk, in which case most of the times the call is dropped already. I only have the phone less than a month! So imagine what happens later! DO NOT BUY
