hai,Im from Alor Setar,Kedah Malaysia.I also experience the same problem,no need to change the motherboard.I send to the shop that I bought it.After 2 hour they fix it by install the last sofware I'm using it s660 ROW S058 140919 kit kat 4.4.2.

AnonD-317993, 11 Oct 2014Hello dear friends, upon my frank openion I used bb q10, iP... moreyes sanal you are absolutely correct. lenovo is making very good handsets & silently capturing the indian market. i think people are going for samsung mobiles because of their after sale service support & lenovo should seriously think about this issue. if you want to stay long in india you have to be serious about this. If you go to their facebook page you will find most of the customers are complaining about poor after sales service from HCL which is the only service provider of lenovo mobiles in India. I phones are always heavily overpriced & it has became a status symbol for some people who don't even know how to explore most of the features of iphone. Technology is constantly changing & now a days it has became more rapid & so investing such a large amount ( 50000-60000) on a mobile phone for doing basic things i don't think its a wise thing to do so. Now coming to S660 , undoubtedly its a brilliant piece of technology in a affordable price. i am using it for last 5 months & the overall experience is quite satisfactory till now. the build quality, look, battery backup, rear camera performance, display & overall performance is just brilliant. Apart from some minor cons the device is too good for day to day usage.

don't update to any firmware update after kitkat .WiFi not getting connected.I visited service center to downgrade to JB but they said we have to replace motherboard it takes 10 days.
what the hell.
how any firmware update can damage motherboard.
any one having idea how to downgrade last updated firmware.

Hello dear friends, upon my frank openion I used bb q10, iPhone 5s, Samsung not3, phones in these bb is dead. And left only Samsung and iPhone. I was planning to buy a dual Sim fon. And checked with moto g and lenovo 660. Infact I liked lenovo with moooor battery and look.. Why people are going to Samsung , iPhone?? Lenovo had done a grate job with 660 in build quality wise and performance wise.. I sujjest all new con buyers to buy lenovo 660, very nice fon.. I felt more speed than iPhone when updated with kitkat... 10000 like to s660 fon...

hello.im from malaysia.my phone lenovo s660 was upgrade to kitkat.my phone was very very very good after upgrade.no problem at all.i love this phone very much...

And everything works fine.

awesome phone. i am using s660 since 6 months and did not face any problem . battery backup is very good. never got hang. support heavy games with good controls. camera quality is good. lookwise it attract people.
dont afraid about the creadibility of lenovo.
it fullfill all need we want in phone under 12000 rs price.
no complaints yet and i wish for future too....
go and buy this better than s duos quotro and micromax..in this price section....
