I've used this phone for 15 months now, but I've never found any problem even once. I used Samsung Galaxy S4 before bought this, it was the worst of all... Last week I upgraded it to Android 4.4.2 KitKat & it work better...This is a magnificent smart phone. It's battery life is excellent because when the battery get full charged I can use it over 2 days. The Quad Core 1.2 processor with ultimate performances & the Lenovo security feature is good. This phone is good for playing games because I played all android games from this... But the quality of the camera not good even in the night & the heat get increase... Almost all, I 💜 this phone. try this phone...📱😁😁😁

touch is gone before 14 months, so i never recomend this lenovo again

i already used this hp almost 17months and what can i say this hp is superb,dont have any problem but yeah if you update your system to kitkat your hp will gettng a lil bit slow..but seriously this hp is so superb with the reasonable price..

Hello, I had purchased my S820 lst year, since then it was working flawlessly till last night when somehow i lost my focus and installed Chinese theme centre of Lenovo, from where i downloaded few themes for my Lenovo S820, after applying one of the themes and troubles started, there is an error msg appeared " unfortunately, Lenovo Lock Screen has stopped" after pressing ok the msg kept coming endlessly. it is not disappearing. however when i connected my phone to laptop it was detected immediately, and there are no problem in charging as well.
Please tell me what can i do to fix it.
