I've used this phone for 15 months now and still love it... It has not given.me problem even once..doesn't hang up...battery life is excellent..power saver mode at night gives optimum results.. Lenovo security feature is the best I have seen.. Now I want to use OTG with it.. Can somebody tell me if it is OTG compatible

i had buyed s820 .. the problems is about signal.
actually this phone start with 900 mhz.. signal for gsm or hspda... samsung or sony start with 850mhz.
samsung and sony is better

Below is how you could upgrade to Kitkat:
Settings > All settings > About phone > System update
Advise you to do it in night after charging the phone fully. The size of the upgrade is 715 MB and hence it will need time to complete.
Ensure that you are backing up all your important data like your contacts, files, messages, etc.

Hello Guys, I have this phone for 4 months, and it is quite Ok. The only thing bothering me is the slow connection when I swich on gps. Sometimes it takes 5-10 minutes to find the signal.
Do you have any best-practice for that?

Worst phone ever, internal screen cracked for which both internal & external thing had to be changed with total expenses of 8000. After few months, it stopped charging with a problem in the charging slot. 11 months & so many problems... finally discarding this stupid phone...very dissapointed

Just stay on the settings dont upgrade or dont click the system upgrade.your phone will br back to the original factory set up.can anybody knows how to do how to put in the original stting the setting when i bought my phone.pls tell me.

Be ware of upgrade it makes a lot of problems keep on jelly bean . at the end its show me ' unfortunately , the process android .process acore has stoped ' i check with shopes to repair it but i didnt not get any positive response.

Just change default write to memory card in storage. Then you can install what all u want on memory card.
The kitkat upgrade is worst in UI probably its vibe 1.0 the next version looks better. Except for few + things its not that worth sticking to Jelly Bean is much better if not updated the phone.
