bought mine last October 2016... so far so good.. actually its a gift for my son.. he likes watching movies on it and accesses youtube 2-3 hours straight and it doesnt overheat like others... sound quality is good.. the screen is amazing... well he actually dropped it a couple of times so i guess its durable...

daydreamer, 06 Nov 2016should i update the android version or someone faced proble... moreWhen I used the device 5 minutes later when I clicked update it was supposidely updating I don't know to what then the screen went black and now the device does nothing at all including recovery and as it happens I checked update logs on ad card and it wiped everything and said update complete without reinstalling the new so which I assume is android os 6.0 so be warned

Shoaib, 15 Dec 2016Same problem :(In the back, there is a tab (same color as the plastic background) with the word lenovo. Seems part of the chassis, but it is detacheable. A finger nail is enough. Cheers

I just bought it but I couldn't find any 4g network. I've searched all over. My SIM Card is okay and it can connect to 4g before in my old smartphone. Any idea?
