If you find it for very cheap and only wanna watch YouTube or so it's okay. Experience is not particularly good, but hey, this usually around 100 USD, you get what you pay for.

I have this tablet and it’s crap. It lags on anything. I’m talking scrolling through facebook list of friends kind of lag. Lenovo released an upgraded version with 3 GB and another SOC MT8768T Helio P22T. Maybe that’s usable, but stay away from this one (2019) You’ll cry and beg that it responds to your touches.

The problem is that the WIFI protocol on the servers you are trying to connect to are not compatible with the Lenovo tablet! It's frustrating but Lenovo decided to use an older protocol standard and has never issued a security upgrade! Lenovo makes decent hardware but their software policy regarding upgrades is lacking! (If you are trying to connect, make sure the wifi router can broadcast the WPA Protocol)

I got it on my birthday from my parents. It is amazing but on other WiFis except mine, websites never open, but other than that it has a fair price and it is amazing.

I bought the Smart version of this tablet for my relative since Boxing Day 2020, and she likes it overall. We got computers & smartphones as well but this tablet size is perfect. Android OS is also easier to learn & use for the less tech-savvy compared to Windows PC. We put the brightness at constant 75% and the battery life easily last over 12 hours of heavy use. For the videogame console emulators, it can go up to PSP & Dreamcast without serious lag. Google maps can be a laggy experience when you select many locations in a short time, but I think it's common to most low-end to mid powered media devices.

I had the M7 (way to slow) so the M8 was a great upgrade but it keeps having problems with the SD card I put in it. Don't know how to get around this might have to factory reset. Such a shame as I was quite impressed (very impressed over the performance improvement over the M7 for just €50 more). If anyone else has had problems with SD cards and this device and knows how to circumvent them please reply!
