My k4 note is getting warm in normal use also...
Around 40°c especially near camera.
Is that normal or I should return the device

Rakesh, 09 Apr 2016I have already ordered the phone, it is on the way delivery... moreHi. I brought this phone now about 2-3 days ago. Phone is good enough for my usage I like it's sound quality it is realy awesome. But there are some problems too.
Pros:
-Multitasking.
-Sound.
-Good screen.
-Casual games (good experience).
-Overall good performance.
-No major lags.
Cons
-Heating.
-Warm enough with normal usage.
-Battery life.
-I got avg 4:45h screen on time.
(full-time connected to Wi-Fi)
(Always notifications from apps)
-When the device is warm finger print scanner is terribly hot.
All this problems may fix by an OTA update. How ever I like one feature, even I have left only 10% battery and when I turn on power saver mode it gives 2h of extra life, this have only basic functions like Call, Message, Alarm ext but I love it.
My personal opinion : If compared with other phones in this price range. K4 is okay but surely Redmi Note 3 is the best choice (both 2gb & 3gb variants)

Nihal, 10 Apr 2016True bro, none of the updates have solved any problem ... moreRedmi note 3 takes too much time to charge but in one charge redmi note gives almost 10h of battery even if you use it continuously... How will Lenovo beat that with 4h battery.. Ya if we don't play game we get 5h30m but still redmi note 3 does that with heavy usage👏

worst than worst phone zero star, problem with problem.
4g not working contact manager not working. hanging, recording problems, what ever think that will be problem

none of the updates have solved any problem instead created it. So, I am planning to go for Xiaomi redmi note 3 which can easily outclass Lenovo k4 note in all departments.

I feel we will be getting real soon.. I feel kinda sad because no ota updates for 2mnths and non of them solve or improve anything.. It's a good phone but very bad experience

Just restart phone it should be solved.. It happens sometimes when you don't restart a phone for long days of usage.. Makes its performance unstable so restart phone atleast 1time in 24hrs

Even in battery saver mode you will not recieve any msg from apps.. Last but not least what about developer option did you did something there? Even if all above don't work then you are using an app like du battery saver or ShutApp which cause force closing apps
