AnonD-512047, 26 Mar 2016how to go in safe mode in k4 note.just press and hold power button options come right.. then press and hold on power off option it will ask you to get in safe mode say yes it will restart in safe mode.. to exit from it in safe mode you will have to restart device not power off orelse it will keep on opening in safe mode... second is in safe mode there will be no apps it's totally a safe mode where nothing will there xcept stock rom and a box on left saying safe mode

Kothandan, 25 Mar 2016Lenovo K4 Note: Cameras stopped working Purchsed on March... moresee you can replace it man do it fast they will take it.. if they don't then tell me I can give you some tips... but first try to return product if they can take because that has to be a defective piece and maybe in future that will happen again.. put return request and if you didn't updated just update your phone if that work because... latest build number is S152 so check it

Lenovo K4 Note: Cameras stopped working
Purchsed on March 14 through Amazon. Cameras stopped working from March 23. I doubted the update that came up on the same day. So, I even tried resetting to factory settings, still no use. When tap on camera icon I get the below error:
"Kindly Remind
Can't connect to the camera"
No physical or power damage. No rough use of phone. Didn't run heavy apps. Basic use of chatting, surfing and FB
Please advise.

Never buy this phone.
It is the worst phone.
My experience is very bad.
Contacts take 10 minutes to open.
It hangs very often.
