There is no usb mass storage mode in this phone. When i conect it to pc it will show only mtp,ptp,charge only.

Today i conected my phone to pc via usb and then all the data erased from phone as well as from sd card. Why this happen. How do i fix this issue

Alvin, 25 Feb 2016I put this phone unusable for 10 hours at night with a char... morei think the data connection is on. Better to check with data connection off and flight mode once. Then you can confirm.
