it has a lower clocked processor (octacore 1.2 ghz). that means lenovo k4 note will surely get the update. it has octacore 1.3 ghz processor and also it is more popular device.
one more thing is, lenovo officially announced that they will give update to all those devices have minimum 2 gb of ram and is released in 2016

After reading some tech blogs, where they have mentioned about the Lenovo devices which will get nougat update. It's cleared that (maybe not officially) Lenovo Vibe K4 Note isn't getting nougat update as it's running mediatek processor which may not be able to handle multiTab function.
Also, if Lenovo is going to rollout nougat update for K4 Note, then it will not be available before May.
