I used the Xiaomi Mi Piston 3 earphones it worked great with the phone. The volume buttons worked as well.

But its not charging to 100%. Always stops at 99%. Are u facing this issue too? If it takes 8 hours im sure there is some problem so contact Amazon and ask for replacement/refund.

Pachan, 02 Feb 2016I want to purchase Lenovo Vibe x3 due to budget problem so ... moreHi Pachan, even i was in the same dilemma whether to go for Vibe X3 or K4 Note but i thought spending Rs. 20000 for a mobile made in CHINA might be worthless even though it is Lenovo a well known company. So ordered Lenovo K4 Note. Didnt have huge expectations seeing those many negative comments. But believe me the experience using Lenovo K4 Note was awesome and most of the negative things said didnt happen to me. Right from Camera flash to heating to games experience(I have not played Asphalt though).
Coming back to the battery backup and heating issues, while I'm not happy with the battery backup it just gives me 6 hours on screen time and even if i switch on the extreme power saving mode it lasts one day at max 1 and a half days with my mobile in flight mode. I have not tested using my Sim card yet. I dont want to get annoyed with those irritating Cell broadcast mobiles. I have enough cell phones and landline to make calls so not an issue.
I too experienced a little heating(not too much) for a couple of days even while surfing the internet over wifi but after couple of days even that small heating has further reduced and its not a problem right now. But my only issue as of now is my battery is not charging to 100%. It stops at 99% in just 1 and a half hours. Even if i charge it for 2 hours its remaining the same at 99%.
But overall the multimedia functions of this mobile is a complete fun and total worth of money. The sound is the best thing in this mobile. And the free RAM is always 2 GB most of the time even after installing so many apps and games. Touch is buttery smooth. No visible lags unlike in my previous 1 GB Microsoft mobile. Its fast and the display is awesome if u watch HD videos. The colour, brightness everything is perfect. The VR experience was about average i would say. If u are ready to make some little compromise such as battery life u can enjoy this experience :) My first Chinese Lenovo Phone turned out to be a good experience despite some faults which i could adjust with. Now its up to u. I just wanted to help u and others who are struggling to make a choice between Vibe X3 and K4 Note. Hope it helps...

Great phone but no videos are playing on my phone.
Downloaded many videos but they aren't playing.
Used many video players but still the issue remained the same. Pls some one help

sandy , 02 Feb 2016I replace ma cell within 3 days coz of poor camera go to settings and in 'white balance' choose incandescence only during low light conditions then yellow light will be reduced.
