Hi I have purchased the phone on 22nd and now facing issues in phone we have one app mobile broadcast it always shows some unnecessary notifications..i don't know how it stops if any one please tell me how it rectified. if any options is available please help me..........................................................................

Those who are getting yellowish images with flash and facing any other issue can update the phone. Go to Settings>>About phone>> System update. You will find one update which will fix all the bugs including yellowish picture. I updated the phone today and everything is working fine now.

I've watched phones like infocus m680, coolpad note 3, meizu m2 note as well as k4 on youtube going around 36°-41°c after gaming which have the same chipset. Personally, I use the included case for that matter and avoid touching the scanner.

dont buy it . it is completely worthless.heating issue irritated me while playing games and watching movies ...sound quality is also very annoying....overall wastage of money

I bought lenovo k4 note on last saturday. I have faced heating problem while playing games. It causes very irritating. Is all k4 note phones are like this or only few defect products. plz any one answer. How can I overcome this issue?

-settings>apps>select the app you want to move to external sd card from downloaded tab>tap move to external storage.
-you may need to manually move the app folders from the internal storage in android>data or obb to the external sd card if you already installed these apps from the start to keep the saved data/settings.

Lenovo A 7000 is a con phone with high sar value, heats up very fast abd battery drains fast while surfing

Only half of the internal memory is free (9gb of 16gb) So what is the point in it even though some apps can be moved to sd card. Which will result in performance issues. They should install only the android OS. Users should get a minimun of 12gb free memory out of the box. So they can install apps of their choice.

Hi I have purchased the phone on 22nd and now facing issues as the phone charging is extremely slow when charging other than adapter.Secondly while messaging the keypad is getting closed on its own without touching return button.
While playing videos the video get stuck for a nano second after every one or two minute
