amelia, 31 May 2018ya....i'm facing the same problem too....have you fix it yet?Reset your K4 note if you update system to Marmallow problem solve that mine to and I factory rest ang it's OK now 10sec. Ang running Marmallow

I used this phone about 2 years.i really like this phone. DTS and VR technology is very awesome for mid-range phone.but i hope K4 can updated to nougat..

One of the worst smartphone ever that I used. It gives me nightmare. One of the issues that I have is that this phone booted up to 10mins. And this phone drains battery so fast. From 39% to 20% within 10mins if you are playing games, using social medias, etc. I guarantee you that you will waste your money in this phone. That you will waste your money in the Lenovo company. Lenovo, one of the weakest brand of smartphone. Don't buy this phone. Don't buy the Lenovo phone. LIEnovo. Biggest nightmare that I experience. Phone is too weak and too near to be a trash.

Newbie, 17 May 2018Any good reason for buying this phone?The phone is good to go, I am using it from last three years and its working perfectly fine, but thing you should keep in mind, always use original charger.

I am using lenovo K4 note last one year. Phone is switch off after that not on you can reboot and remove all app after that phone working and again install all apps on we are facing problem last 5 months

I am using this mobile from last one and half year. Now I am facing problem with screen touch. Also not able to use mobile while charging. One more thing I am not able to use back and home button. Now this buttons are not working..! Overall mobile is awesome in last one year.! Great product.
