      very bad experience with lenovo mobile...they are cheating us they don't provide you video call with your mobile....and when you complain they told you to do video call with third party app like Facebook Skype and all...but what about true video call. #lenovocheaters

        Make sure the battery is not empty
        Make sure to backup all important data
        Turn off Lenovo K4 Note / Vibe X3 Lite (A7010a48 / A7010)
        Press Power Button + Volume Up Button for few seconds, that the warning will appear at the Lenovo K4 Note / Vibe X3 Lite (A7010a48 / A7010) Alternative: You can also try to press Power Button until the Logo appears, then press Volume Up + Volume Down Buttons together until the Recovery menu appears
        Select Reset Device or Wipe data or Clear eMMC
        The smartphone will do the process and make it to factory default.

            Hi,

            In my K4 note after the latest system update, I'm not able to change the wallpapers. I'm getting the error message as " unfortunately lenovo launcher has stopped". I have tried deleting the data in lenovo launcher but it didn't work, and i don't have any folder having character ' in its name in my phone. I can change the theme, but I'm unable to put my gallery images as wallpapers. Someone please throw some light on it. pls pls help

              After updating to marshmellow, my k4 note does not switch on. Download was successful, while rebooting, then its not switch on, yet in charging mode!!
              Help plz

                  Which one is better? K4 Note or Huawei P8 lite? Would anyone please share how long k4 note battery last on everyday average use? Some say It could last more than one day but a lot of people also saying that the battery drain fast and easily. Thanj You in advance

                      While Lenovo Vibe K4 Note is the best in audio department, supported by good,if not great, battery life.

                      You can consider upcoming Moto Z Play. A little bit costly but it packs a very efficient chipset and big battery (bigger than K4 Note), and it sports Moto G4 Plus's camera. Furthermore, it is compatible with Moto Mods.
