hi Guys, i posted here 3days ago that i am facing charging issue, i was able to charge only when it is OFF. i went to service center. after two days i got my phone back. they update OS 6.0MM. And problem solved. all is working properly, like camera,fingerprint,Battery Backup (Awesome always),No Heating issue. If you are facing this kind of issues go to service center. No need to update OS by yourself. It may cause various problems like charging or heating.

My four month old Lenovo Vibe k4 note has serious heating problems while playing even a low end game. I thought bugs will be fixed but problems remain the same even after system upgrade. I was sceptical about upgrading to marshmallow with this defects. Now, after reading your articles I am not going to upgrade, it seem it does worst than good. I am so curious to know as to why such a reputed company manufacture defects product and spoils their reputation in the market.

I see a small yellow patch on the screen ( Top right side) on my 6 month old Lenovo k4 note. Anyone else having this problem.
(In my earlier post, mentioned K5 note by mistake)

It's better to reset your phone whenever you update to another version of android because there might be incompatible apps that can cause various issues.

I am very disappointed customer of k4 note phone. within 30 days of use of this phone I faced problem of sound & camera clarity when connected to headphone. I went to service center and they told that there is water locking issue and refused to repair phone under warranty. I complained to amazon and lenovo but both have refused to help me in this regard.
Also Lenovo Engineer had not fitted front camera properly. When I asked him that there is issue in front camera he told that that is not his mistake and it is done by me. Also when asked to shoe water locking the Engineer was confused and told that I might have cleaned it.
Camera clarity is worst.
This is the worst experience with any handset I purchased till date.
I will never buy lenovo products in future.

Hi,
Guys this phone looks cool but after changing the Operating system into marshmallow it's goes out many problem likes call display sensor not work properly, some time hanging issue, after 30 / percent of battery automatically drop down 4 to10 percent.
Main thing is that after 100MB game download phone getting hanging or over heat.

this phone is really cool on this price, but if you are NOT lucky then you will get faulty piece. because 40% people got faulty piece and not happy. i am using this phone from 6 months, now my bad luck got me. I can't charge my phone when it is "ON".i can charge it only when it is "OFF" .. I DID NOT update Android version.. In service center they said they will fix it by changing Charging IC and socket. hope it will solve. i will update status by 8days. And i must tell you all that service centers are too much hectic. i faced bad service.

lenovo k4 not which i m using since 8 months now i have noticed that phone has a charging issue,its charger not connect while phone display is on. its only & only connect with charger while it is in switch off mode.i have done all necessary jobs i.e.Reset at factory mode,safe mode but its all for vain.Plz do needful.
