The K5 vibe non plus version still has a Snapdragon 615(maybe even 616 underclocked chip). The main board is m8916, but the chip with specs and speed stampled on the board is MSM8939 Snabdragon 615. At least this is my opinion after reading forums, after I tested mine with many hardware info aps like CPU Z and CPU X>m etc. The snapdragon is 615, so this could be making it equal to a lus which has board 8939 with snag 615, and non plus is board 8916 with snap 615. Another app detected my non plus as board M8916, chip qualcom MSM8939 and Snapdragon 615, so even though the HW benchmarks are lower than K5 Plus, being with higher resolution display, you may even have better performance with the same Hardware on the lower 1280x720 resolution, which is still perfectly enough for 5 inch

I have this phone for 4 months now. If you're looking for great sound quality, decent battery and good multimedia capabilities, this phone is for you. If you're looking for great camera and smooth gaming experience, don't buy this phone. Yes, this phone has 13 megapixel camera, but it's terrible nonetheless, except in perfect (daylight) conditions. Video recording is also awful as it lacs continuing focus. This phone comes with the Snapdragon SoC and 2 gigs of RAM, that means it will run most of games smoothly, or with just a little bit of lag. I'm playing Galaxy on Fire HD with no problems so far. Now, if you're a serious gamer you won't be too happy with this phone's performance, games like NOVA 3 will lag very much. Some people mentioned heating issues, I had the same problem, but not anymore since last update. One of the biggest setbacks with this phone is the fact that it comes with Lollipop out of box; luckily, Lenovo recently announced Marshmallow uodate in India. I hope the update will roll globaly, if not, there are already some custom ROMs on XDA developers forum, so if you don't give a duck abut warranty, pay em a visit, it's a really great and helpful community. Oweral, I would give this phone 4 stars cuz, other than camera, it has decent specs and very attractive price. Written on my Lenovo Vibe K5

I gave update option on LENOVO VIBE K5. it displays system is successfully updated. after reboot nothing is OS new updated and also it does not SUPPORT VOLTE from jio sim. only able 4G..If any one know how to update VOLTE on VIBE K5 .Please share it

I bought it on 30th of Dec 16 I found the mobile is getting heated heavily and at last yesterday the phone stopped working. ( Dead)

One of best mobile I have ever used no problem with this mobile everything is good but ringtone sound is low ite OK I don't care about that hmmm I will give 5* stars to this mobile
