to anyone that has issues with PlayStore downloads, options you can do:
check system updates and update the phone if there are updates
clear the data of the app
uninstall then reinstall the app
reset the phone not through the settings but through hard reset options in the boot menu
you can also try reset partition in the boot menu
if none of the options work, then the phone itself is the problem, try to have your 1yr warranty from the store where you bought it, so far I have not encountered any issue and all the 5 updates I had for the software had improvements except the battery

I'm having difficulties in updating certain Google apps and other apps from play store. I tried everything including factory reset. Could anyone kindly share the solutions for these problems. Much appreciated. Thank you.
