For those who has mobile data issues, try go to Settings > Wireless & Networks > Data usage. At the bottom right, you will see an up and down arrow. Touch the arrow to make it become blue in colour instead of dark grey colour. This will unrestrict data usage to all apps that require your mobile data. Also you are actually able to selectively restrict any apps that you want from using your mobile data by also touch the up and down arrow at the right of the apps. Try it. Hope it will solve your issues. Cheers!

However my friend, it is not as sucks as you think. You only need a stable strong hand to hold the P1 while taking pictures to get acceptable quality photos. In term of overall, the P1 is worth the money. Cheers!

But I got my phone faulty sim slot 1 was not working so I have requested for a replacement. If you going for a flipkart purchace you have to got some idea to deal with the service executives to get a replacement.
I'm having a mixed opinion for this mobile.
Performance is good. You have to use common sense to get rid of background apps running since it ruines the whole performance and battery performance. I rate it 4.5/5 due to some problem in multitasking as someone mentioned previously. The screen goes black when you pick an previously running app from the recent app panel and you have to go back to the recent task panel once more to get it .
Heating ... Im getting it under performance since its an issue that effects the performance of a phone. Lenovo phones are notorious in the heating issue ..even vibe series are saying out of that.. You will feel ''the heat of fire that coming out from the 'snapdragon' "while going through a intense gaming
And long browsing. Now it's saying that 39°c in battery temperature in 1½ hrs on screen - on browsing.
Size and comfort.
The phone is having a bulky and heavy body, due to its '4900'mah battery. The glossy back cover provided with it makes the problem a little big. You will feel slip it from hand if you are having small hand. Thank God for the big hands He have provided.
Sreen size is superb it will definitely a mass when you are a mobile movie watcher.
Due to its large screen size the company has provided a feature called micro screen to make it one hand use more comfortable. Also it had a feature called wide touch which is a copy of floating button on I phones which makes the ui more comfortable.
About power saver switch.
It's very useful, while you are on a long drive/journey and you are not at all taking care of what that from the internet notifications, it is better to keep the phone quickly in this mode and enjoy the drive/journey
Although the finger print is the highlight of this mobile and have to mentioned separately .. Im placeing it here under the comfort, it add lot comfort for a heavy user like me, since you don't have to draw the pattern anymore to unlock the phone, but just keep the finger over the home button. I'm getting 90-95%accuracy in reading finger prints. But I have to mention that wet and sweaty hand will definitely reduce the accuracy. Also if the skin of your finger is teared the sensor will find some difficulty in reading the prints.
Also this phone have led notification and vibrate on alert notification when picking up of phone from the caller at other end. Vibertion alert if any unattended notification when we pick up the phone..
I rate it 5/5 for the comfort and size.
Battery
Coming to the huuuuugeee battery . It is the thing that I have a confused or mixed what have to say... Um...I shall give my experience ... In the last 30 days of my life with my vibe p1 I didn't get the 2 days battery back up which is expected from a 5000 'mah battery, also some users have reviewed like that I'm getting 2 - 3 days backup. ..😢 but I'm not getting it...may be its ma fault , due to my heavy usage. Or the guys are running their phone on power saving mode most times..?
In my opinion you can definetly expect a 1 day back up on casual browsing and social networking. And 5-7 hrs in hardcore gaming.
I rate it 3.5/5 ..You must notice that it is under rated for theost highlighted feature.. I'm sorry for that...
Camera.
I don't have to elaborate it since somany reviews are already there about it . use some third party apps like DSLR pro, 360 camera to get better images ...
I have a suggestion to the lenovo please include gesture options for selfies. This have only auto selfie snap mode.
Network and connectivity.
Call quality is above average. And also WiFi reception is also good.
it don't have a system or notification to get it know that if there is any problem in WiFi connection. In my previous phone I was getting an exclamation mark on the WiFi symbol on status bar, when there is any problem in Internet connectivity. So I have to check with pc to get it know is there any problem in WiFi networks...
Sound.
As it is already reviewed ,this phone has huge sound speakers you will be getting its ringing even if you are in downstairs and far away from the phone. But when you put the phone in loudspeakers while on call putting it in full volume, I'm getting some annoying notice out of the speakers if the volume reduced it disappeares.
4.5/5 since there is no DD .. As it is available in the lower models like A7000 and k3 k4 note.
Looks and design.
It looks like a premium phone in its first look... You will fall in love in its first look... Good and sturdy enough..
But the in the running you will feel some discomfort since its gorilla glass is a dirt grabber .. It gets dirty very easily. Gorilla glass will definitely get scratches with small sand particles. But they have provided a screen gaurd with it. Be careful in placing it correctly since in India it not available at all regions
Also back cover is a dirt magnet.
The edges of the front screen is porne of accumulation of dirt and have to clean it twice in a week.
Overall it's a worth buy product .. but Indian users have to beware of flipkart purchace. Go for it if you are ready to deal with some unfortunate circumstances, like that happened to me. Egarly waiting for the product replacement...

If you start any apps it will definitely keep running in background. You have to restart your phone to get back to what you say '1.2gb' .

I bought this phone 3 days ago. I have not updated it since purchase. Till now it's running very smooth. Excellent battery backup, no lags while playing heavy games like asphalt 8(1GB) & NOVA3(2GB). Though I have noticed a minor hiccup. When anyone calls me while the phone is locked, the phone keeps ringing and vibrating, but I can't see the call receive or reject option. For this I have to unlock it first. It usually happens when the phone is locked for a long time. Apart from this, this phone is good in terms of performance.
Camera lovers will be slightly disappointed. The picture clarity is mediocre, I mean not what you expect from 13mp, but it's OK.
Overall, I would say that this is a good phone till now and I will wait for a stable update rather than being in a rush.
My question is, has anyone also faced the same call issue?

Recently I bought Lenovo Vibe P1 and the only reson why I opted for this mobile is because of its high capacity Battery. But I am really having hard time with my phone as it is switching off immediately after reaching 15-20% . I already posted it in the forum and please find the link below.

I heard that the os lags some times now. So would it lag more after a year's use?
And ram available is only 1.2gb out of 2gb?

The lenovo vibe p1 uses Qualcomm snapdragon 615 processor. According to Qualcomm's official website, it supports voLTE. So, will lenovo make vibe p1 volte-enabled through software update? If yes, when?
