So should I have to buy this phone or i have to look for other phones????

After upgrading my vibe shot to marshmallows, i started to have problem of low speed on data connection on both sims. I even factory reset my phone but problem still persist. Please if anyone has solution post it

What about India upgrade Lenovo??
My Vibe shot is not getting the Marshmallow updates, its still running on Lolipop (5.1.1) version.
Waiting anxiously for Marshmallow as I have heard it solves many issues and UI gets bettet.

Seriously, go to ANY phone here on GSMArena, and you'll find people complaining about the battery. Any phone. Be it a 20 year old one, or just released today, a 4000mAh one, or a 2000mAh one. STOP Complaining about batteries. The battery lasts as much as you let it, turn of the google services, gps, bluetooth, nfc, wifi, 3g or 4g data when not using them and you'll have a good battery. If not satisfied, then you need a miracle, because in our age now, what you want, still isn't made. Go ahead, look at other phones and see what the people complain about, i bet you it's the "battery backup" and "it heats so much".

Problem, 19 Jul 2016There must be some kind of problem with your battery, dude.... moreI think I found the problem with the high battery usage of Vibe Shot.
In power overview (Power Manager_Power Consumption Details) I found out the google calendar was eating up 37 % of the batterys energy.
First I updated it via google play store with the newest version but no change. So I uninstalled it and changed to "aCalendar" (free app) which shows also all the google's schedules and contacts.
And guess what ! The usage now is below zero percent of the battery and my phone lasts whole day until late evening without charging. Try it!

Ji, 16 Jul 2016Planning to buy this but all i see here are battery problem... moreI have no problems with the Vibe Shot battery, mate. 3 to 4 hours usage with games and browsing non stop. tested it a few times. normal usage, like calls and whatsap, all day long and still battery to spare in the evening. don't know why people complain so much about it

I bought my Lenovo Vibe Shot in december 2015. I decided to take that phone primarily because of its battery life.
I use my phone quite often, only made system update twice (my Android version is 5.1 now) and I am very happy with performance and speed.
I fill phone on every 2 or 3 days. I've disabled some apps that I can get constant 1400 MB of RAM. The lowest amount of RAM i had in these 6 months was around 900 MB.
Only one thing that bothers me is LACK of GYROSCOPE. I wanted to get a phone, that would be ready for some VR games/apps. So that is a major minus/con. If I knew that it doesnt have gyro sensor, I'd probably buy LG at the time.

The sound through the 3.5mm headphone jack is really lousy. Unacceptable and disappointing that sound quality is substandard. In my opinion this makes the phone worthless. Better options out there

another changes in the marshmallow update.. the "menu key" is blinking as SMS notification instead of LED.

call icon has been removed in the messaging application after upgrading to Marshmallow.
