Lenovo just released an update patch for the phone. It changes everything back to original. Has anyone updated it yet. Pls inform.

mohit, 04 Mar 2016how to update this software can any1 tell me..Im new to and... more@mohit in your phone go to settings page scrollscroll down then you seesee About phonephone then tap it now you see System update just tap it then check for update it will show the new system update available then just tap Download after download it ask reboot for install then press reboot then it will automatically shutdown and installinstalls and rebootreboot that's it use WiFi network for Fast and uninterrupted download issues.

After 49mb update, getting some battery backup, less heating.sound clarity increased some by adjusting equalizer.Everything will be clear in next updation.Thanks to Lenovo for your quick response.

wat about the battery issue and heating issue.
Battery has not improved But Don't Worry, The main cause we fight for Dolby and Dislay Bug and some other bugs it was solved, For Battery Lenovo fix this Soon in Next Update or Android Marshmallow , First Thanks to Lenovo Team for Giving a quick system update ,Hope They Will Fix Battery Performance Too As of Now I am Accepting this update as a solution for Giving a boost to the Lenovo Team They Hardly Worked For what we ask.

mohit, 04 Mar 2016how to update this software can any1 tell me..Im new to and... moreThey had pulled back the faulty 317mb update. So the update you see now is the fixed 317mb update. Those who had installed the faulty 317 update got a small 49mb update.
So go ahead and update without worrying :) we all will be on the same version after installing this new 317mb or 49mb(if you have the faulty update ) update .

Now Dolby Atmos is Same as Stock mobile Build,Who want to update Their Device Now Without Any Doubt install it.
the Thup Thup Base Speaker Sound is Now is Back :)

There is another irritating bug I observed long time ago and it's still exists. If you are listening songs through headphones and if some notification comes then notification ringtone is played in full volume through headphones which is quite irritating.

But frankly speaking I didn't observed any battery drain issue after faulty update. I was getting the same 1.5 day usage even after the faulty update.
