Dear All,
2 months ago I bought a Lenovo vibe x. It works properly, but today when I wanted to call my wife, the screen became brown and it was switched off. Since that time I can not switch on the phone.
There is warranty, but I ordered it from China and I live in Hungary, so it is a bit complicate.
Could you help me?

secret, 24 Dec 2014Lenovo is made in China16 gb version has only 12 gb usable memory.The original mobile also has 12 gb usable.Remaining 4 gb is used for OS operation

I've been using this lenovo vibe x s960 for 6 months and i've got problems with the screen sensitivity. some letters didn't show up while texting message. The touch screen isn't sensitive enough.

Hello! I am in indonesia, I bought Vibe X S960 on December 2014, and it got freezed today while I was chatting with my friend. I thought it will operate normal after a while, but it's still remains the same for six 6 hours now. I need help to fix it.

I've been using lenovo vibe x for at least 6 months now, it was working fine until somehow after the battery drained I couldn't charge it with any kinds of cable while the cable was working fine with another phone. It took me at least 10 minutes to keep re plugging the charger so the red led would light up and charge the phone, when it finally started to charge it would stop if you accidentally replace the phone.
Also, I could only charge it in some certain place, is it because of the electricity? What should I do? Is it because of the USB ports or the battery?
Please reply ASAP, I will appreciate it

Few months before I have purchased a lenovo vibe S960... after few days its screen get a single line crack only because of bending of phone when I sit on my backseat of my bike... My phone is in warranty please tell me what should I do....
You can check my phone that their is no other single damage on my phone only on screen..
Please assist..Else i have to file complaint in consumer court because it not physical damage this phone problem that it gets band...on siting on bike...

I bought this phone on June 2014. I was quite satisfied until recently my phone was error. I tried to upgrade the software, which was supposed to make me enjoy Kit Kat. Alas, after installing the update, my phone failed to boot!
Other than that, my phone was lagging for the last couple of weeks.

I am very disappointed. Apart from strange interface, low speed and common blackouts, my phone stopped recognizing my SIM card and I realy don't know what to o now! I can use only WIFI....

hello, just updated my phone to vibe ui2. But i cant use play store. it seems like this phone has became a chinese version phone. what should i do? thanks in advance.

Have been using the phone for about 6 months now.
About loosing data..
contacts and SMS can be saved using lenovo SYCNit. It is a built in app and it works very well. Do export contacts to a .vcf file and email it to yourself. When you do a system reset..all data even on sdcard will be etased. Apps will be on Google play in your myapps. U will have to re- install them.
For data connection..
Turn phone off..then on again..choose network manually..
For camera...there is an issue with front camera closing when you click..this happens when beautify icon is set to any value above 0. Set it to zero and there will be no camera closing.
Lenovo assistant for PC sync.
.works fine with Windows 8...but not with winxp
All in all...
Keep your contacts backed up on sync it and vcf file
Install One drive and keep photo's backed
Up on the cloud..or use Google to do the same
You may have to reset the phone when issues do not go away
Update to latest version of KitKat you are offered. Stability has improved greatly after that.
The new VibeX2 has none of these issues so far. So if you are buying a new phone ..buy the Vibe X2
Am still overall very happy with the VibeX...super super phone...
