Pro tips: factory reset will make your phone like new or solve 80% problem if it doesn't work it mean your hardware had issue which can't be resolve. My vibe x have cellular reception problem which keep on shown no signal after i did factory reset it went back to normal. For those who still want to buy this phone please look elsewhere there's many budget phone with strong hardware and stable software than this. Thx

Hi, may I know why my lenovo vibe x s960 can't detect the universal bluetooth remote control .. I already followed the instruction indicate their but still cant connect 😭😭how em i supposed to use it if its not connected to each other, need answers please .. Thanks 😘

I have use this phone now for three years but the screen was crashed and i have never get the spare for it. I bought the phone from Dubai and i'm from Tanzania. how can i get the spare here in Tanzania or some one to help me to get it please.

after year and a half, super phone, except stock android software, it's to laggy, but solution is to install some custom rom and problem solved.

I have purchased Lenovo S960 in 2014, till now it was working fine. Now the problem of HANGING has began......it goes into Meta mode....when i press Power button for long....the name will appear...but again HANG....and gets switched off.
The mobile Repairer has told me to buy new phone and said there is no solution for this problem, and this model is having this irrepairable problem. Is it true
Is there any solution for this problem

my lcd have a problem.. i only use 9 monthly , but warranty LCD just 6 month only .
before buy read term and condition .

Pity no Android update. If there were one to 5.1 or 6.0, it would be perfect. I just realised that no phone is perfect... Yet.

It is a horrible phone. Do not buy it. In the first few months the front camera stopped working. After I got that fixed, a few months later the battery started to drain very quickly and the phone had charging difficulties. After I fixed that, the display got messed up and whenever I called someone I couldn't end the conversation. Then it started to hang by itself and after the charge fully ran out and the power switched off, I would have to charge it but then the charging problem that I fixed earlier came back! Now all it does it show the stupid lenovo logo when I charge it and doesn't even turn on. And all I see is the lenovo logo until it the battery dies. Worst phone ever. Waste of money.

Guys my right corner of the phone doesn't work...I can't even type letter 'p' always have to use auto correction......and it switches off by itself....worst battery....how to fix this screen and auto shutproblem???
