Hi everyone.I bought my phone one year ago. Now ,it restarts frequently. I don't know what I do.!
All buttons are inactive . after ending charge and turning off, with recharge , problem didn't solve .
what should I do??
HELP ME PLZ .

Worst phone and worst service.. One fine day the phone switched off and never turned on.. i search out for the service center and find one.. They told me that the board is gone and to be replaced and it was within warranty period, they got it changed free of cost.. But after which i never get proper network.. Phone get hanged.. Phone book messed up and when i approached the service center they told us, the problem is again with the board.. Note worst thing that the service center did to my handset was they returned, it with full of scratches on the screen and rear camera lens, after replacing the board...

My lenovo was fine, until i got some stupid virus. Called Hola louncher and it has alreaddy messed up my phone with useless stuff and even with po$n. So now i can turn it on but it is unable to unblock, i press the unblocking button and nothing happens, only 3 buttons down lighten up, but the screen stays black. Same happens if i try to hold the button, usually it shows option of turrning of the phone, but now nothing, just the black screen.
Anyone can help with my problem? Also i can't find a tutorial for my phone model on how to reboot system to lenovo s960c. Lenovo official site doesn't even have such a phone.. So it is like chinese copied chinese sh%t?? Damn this world is f%$^&d

I have used the phone it was good.I will tell my story with the phone
*I bought it for Rm 550 malysia price before gst
*After 2 month or near 3 the selfie camera become broken no more selfies for me after that ;(
*I rooted the phone the store said they will send it back to factory I refuse cause it will take like 2-3 months..
*I cant no longer took selfie and check my face that time
*Then I dropped the phone from like coffe table heigh the gorilla glass screen cracked all over the screen
*I continues using the phone then I left the phone ontop of my car and its raining, I bring it inside and dry it luckily it wasnt broke
*A few days later the back camera broke,idk why now no more picture
*I reinstalled the software using pc by cable I accidentally Interrupted the cable and it wont turn on
*I then have experiment with the phone because I THOUGHT IT WAS BROKEN , I took out the cracked screen but I accidently cut off the screen wire then it was over
*It wasn't over yet I tried reinstalled the the software again I was shocked it was succes
*I hear the lenovo boot up sound but no light the screen is dead but the softkey have light
*I let the phone alone on my table it now have been possessed.......oooooooooo
*I said that becuase the phone will randomly make sound and boot itsled nd sound the lenovo sound
That was my story hope u enjoy reading my love story xD
u know I was just joking about the phone was possed right?...

This phone is shit...always lagging...2gb ram...but like 1gb...crash alot...and my phone has software problem....cannot receive call..its cheaper to buy than fix

Its sucks! Battery drown very fast.. need to charge 2-3 times per day. Not suitable for gamers.. take note..

Hello,
I bought that phone for my sister not even a year ago from aliexpress.com but when it arrived (and still) she has problem with the OS. It's in eng but the only app store she can use is lenovo (and it's in chinese). I can't find OS so i can re-install it. Can someone please help me or give me advice what should I do to fix it. The phone is downloading some chinese applications by itself. I just bought her another Lenovo A5000 but its from our carrier store so I know it'll work fine. I want to take her old one but I cant use it like that.

this is very bad phone only used for 2 days ,no signal and screen display is some problem with double picture,went to the shop where purchased he does not response.

i bought this phone on mar 2014. During under warranty period has few times suddenly hang and send back for check. Start from mar~oct 2015 my phone hang 3 times even restart phone also only show at LENOVO page. These 3times also is software problem... Now i planning to change phone.

This phone is not suitable for gaming. It always hangs. Just used it for 5months and a lot of problem appear. Would not recommend this phone.you can get better phone with the same budget.

ONLY GOOD FOR A YEAR
I bought my S960 early last year thinking that it was a value-for-money phone after looking at the specs against price. Too good for such specs coming at a low pricing.
It was only A DAY when the phone started to hang . Sent back to the dealer and after much argument, he replaced with a new unit. Thank you.
The performance was excellent during the first 6 months and I gave good reviews and recommendation to friends ; until it started to deteriorate . Slow, poor wi-fi connection , at times reset by itself.
The final straw happened last week when it started giving error messages (popped up msg) saying that apparently some Apps stop working . The message came out intermittently and violently until the phone went dead . Tried to reboot from the diagnostic screen but failed. Sent to a repairer and he could't solve the problem.
Shall I bury, cremate or blast this phone using c4 ?

I have bought 1 year ago , and i am so happy with this phone. is really good. camera is better than iphone and samsung, battery is ok, it last me a lot, dhe speed is also very high.

At first the phone is fine, tho the theme and settings are incomplete and old-school. But as times pass, it eventually lack and crashes. Battery lasts less than 4 hour when I wasn't even gaming and always disconnected itself from the WiFi. And it happens so often i don't really mind, but now it can't read sim card, great. Just don't buy it, do read more reviews, this phone won't last more than a year.
