Actually, i noticed that eversince the last system update, the heating issue is gone. So maybe the last update solved it?

The phone is awesome and the update has solved the heating issue. The camera quality is superb and battery backup also long. I like the phn nd enjoying it.

Everything is good about this phone but it heats very very much while you are watching videos & photos. lenovo could't do solve heating issue in this phone. So if u r thinking to buy this phone think again bcoz I m using this. Acctuly heating problem is not miner its a very big while using only 5 or 10 min.

I am facing a gsm network signal issue with this phone. I have one voda and one dolphin card each in lenovo vibe and redme 1s mobiles.Interestingly my the signal strength in redme mobile is very good for both Sims and the same remains very poor in lenovo vibe pro sims. I don't know whether its a phone problem ?.Any one facing such issues?

Hi All,
I updated my Vibe Z2 last week and the phone stopped working since then. When I go to sittings mobile networks, call settings and SIM management are not working WLAN was not working also but it is working now. It cant read the SIM and on the version info under about phone it says Baseband unknown .. any recommendations

There needs some update in Vibe Z2, during ongoing calls there is no option to increase or decrease volume of ongoing calls, need to fix this, while pressing the volume button it shows activate bright mode

To stop the channel 50 messages follow following steps
Open Messaging
Press Leftmost hard key
Select More Features and Settings
Select Messaging Settings
Select Broadcast settings
Uncheck checkbox -Show channel 60 broadcast
Uncheck checkbox -show Channel 50 broadcast
It worked for me.

Sandeep Kemkar, 12 Nov 2014I am very much disturbed by ongoing continues chanal 50 mes... moreHi. I just got this and got frustrated with the broadcast message. Tried calling Airtel and Lenovo. Lenovo says "Reset the Phone" :).
Try this. Worked for me.
1. Go to Messaging.
2. Tap the left Button (Menu Key) and choose "More Features and Settings"
3. Choose "Message settings"
4.Choose "Cell broadcast settings"
5. Uncheck "Show channel 50 broadcasts" (I unchecked even the 60 broadcast".
Let me know if it works.
