    Lenovo Philippines, 07 Dec 2014Hi! Got my phone stacked and don't know how to hard reset t... moreif you are stuck on bootl logo (lenovo) remove any connection from charger or pc, then press the power for at least 5 to 10 secs. it will reboot normally.

    to factory reset it, power off your phone, once switch off, press power and volume up same time, you will be on recovery, select factory reset by volume up and down key and press power for confirmation of your action. good luck..

          Hi! Got my phone stacked and don't know how to hard reset this thing. I cannot remove its battery unlike other old phones to resume its functions. Please help. Thanks.

                  Hi Guys,

                  Since two months i'm using this mobile such a solid mobile. Very good speed battery life also much better, Only I have small suggestion for the internal storage only 16 GB anyway it's except able and the camera also not that much good.

                    I am Brazilian and I bought a Lenovo K910 Vibe Z in March this year. The device is presenting problem in the display.

                    I'm going into the website to check my warranty (IMEI: 862872020649413) and I have no information.

                    I want to activate the warranty, what should I do?

                    Where do I send the product?

                    Is there any email address that I can communicate with someone Lenovo?

                      I just bought the Lenovo K910L Vibe Z 2 weeks ago and everything about the phone is just awesome except for one. It gets hot when I charge it and while playing online games with it. Is it a normal thing for the phone to hot or should I be worried?

                        how to resolve my K901 lcd suddenly blank ...i have tried many times by pushing start button for few second but nothing respons and still blank...this is my 1st time problem since using it.

                          I was purchased it from Bangkok last month. It seems ok so far. I would like to highlight one point which is important, its battery become hot at the time of charging, watching film and hearing song as well..

After an hour, it vibrated but nothing happen, remained black screen.
                              The whole phone was hot. Then, I turned on the air conditioner and removed its cover. Within a minute, it is able to turn back on!

                              So, I strongly believe that it's due to the phone got too heaty, and it is stopped charging.

                              I am not sure if this is purposely designed this way for safety purpose. But I think it's good to always ensure our phone is not overheated.

                                        Lenovo VIBE Z K910 with Android 4.2.2 it doesn't work as well with Viber, Skype, Shazam etc....

                                        Any idea to repair with apps which they are using Wi-Fi?
