I love this phone. I love the fact that I can record memo's, download my own composed midi files from my very own homepage and use them as a ring tone, battery life lasting a very descent time, great lcd and sound clarity, fm radio picks up more than my stereo system, hands free headset is better than I expected, and the games for crying out loud have the graphics of a megadrive. What more could you ask for? Ok, for the down fall. You do indeed as mentioned above have to click end a few times to get it to hangup. Other than that, I have had none of the other problems that people are mentioning here. I would have to say for them, it is warranty time. Great phone indeed. Cheers LG.

I have got this phone for 3 month but I have to throw out. Problems: the voice of it is like a digital game from the '80s. To understand the human speach is not so easy because of it.
Also, the display is death totaly (started with a small orange point and after it becames for the all display.)

can any body tell me whether LG B2000 model is compatible with Data Cable?? I asked my dealer and got the answer-no. Is it right? or from where I can purchase the Data cable? what is the appx. cost?

Recently got one for myself; LCD and FM features are good but the only worrying thing is that the screen turns blank after a few seconds if left idle and that's very very very irritating.

I have't buy it yet.But after considering over all comments and viewing its feature with the price offered is not bad at all...its Retail Price here in Pakistan is 7300...if anyone reply....

Really good and very compact. Display also very clarity. Easy Handling. I am 100% Satisfaction. Best for middlelevel users.

can any one tell me how to activate the gprs service using bsnl connection in west bengal?the phone is overall o.k but doesn't alarm when it was switched off like nokia phones

I went to bye samsung C 230 & when i saw this phone i went for it without waisting a single moment, sound quality,design and most important the grip of this phone in ur hand is perfect and there r very less chances of dropping this phone.

I bought it in April,2005.
The problems: It is with all the new makers and models-ring tone starts with a very low voice,so when your gal friend gives you a missed call and if it is not in vib mode..u missed it complete :)
Another serious bug:When I get a call, some times, when I press the "CALL" or the above button it makes the ring silent and form there on no key in the keypad works you cant even switch it off untill the other side person stops the ring. so..you cant answer it...you cant cut it...you r stuck..u can do nothing...It happens some times not all the times. So some how it missed the testing eyes at LG. But really a pain for me. And since I cant guess when it is happening like that I am not able to show it to the service center too

I have a LG B2050. Could someone tell me is there on a market some optional equipment for the phone. It does not have a camera or IRDA so i am looking for a way how to put on some new wallpapwrs or ring tones. MMSes are too expensive....

First the nagative points: The keyboard(button operation)is lousy. Navigation keys(left,right,up and down) do not have backlight,so difficult to operate at night. To end a call you will have to press the 'End' button two or three times. No immediate response. The positive ones: Good LCD display. Loud and clear ringtones, Good alarms (up to 5. Unlike some old phones, you have only to set the alarm once and it will go off every day at the desired time. Sleek and compact, sufficient phone book memory, good calendar. FM radio is very good, stereo using the head set. Couldn't be stereo since the phone has only one external speaker.
