Not much option such are install latest program. Better you buy other model. LG phone..please do something with this phone..really sucks..

I really do love this phone, but it disappoints me with its battery life, around a 100 sms throughout the day no calls, no games and here it is low batt. plus the application transitions are slow if your in a hurry.

I am using this phone.. omg i really get disappointed with this phone.. i updated the software of this phone but still not improve much... is very lag.. and if u want to call for emergency is lagging is slow!! SUCKS=.=

Nishchal, 09 Dec 2010this phone is a crap ... dont evr buy this phone ... it is ... moredude....u r right....even i regret buying this phone....its price slashed by more than 7000 within weeks...i hope sum upgrade cumes soon...nyways can u use gps with gprs ...cuz mine only works with wifi...n ots a pain in the ass

hey nybody uses push mail names good on bl40....nybody knows how to link it with gprs instead of wifi....infact it seems all the apps are coupled with wifi...even gps is worthless this way

the phone have a very good Specifications so far
but the softwear is the worst i have ever seen for mobile device only 2 monthes i own this phone it was so good at the first tow weeks after that im starting the suffering it hungs alot and the gallery sensor is go black when i rotate the phone the pics ^ vedioes refuse to open untell i restart the phone
the big tow problems with me the music player keeps loading & looooooooading & loaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaading -_- & never read or see music files , the 2nd thing is the application & games would'nt start it keeps telling me resource is not avaliable
i took it to the guarantee flashing the same softwear for me, after that the phone works good & read music files , videos & application about 2 or 3 days then the sam f^cn problems satrt
i took it again flash the sam softwear again & the sam sh*t
pleaaaaaaaase if any one have solutions for me or have another version of softwear working good with him ungrudging to tell me pleaaase -_*

The Bl40 New chocolate is more than a mobile it is fainating and so fast, even smarter than Iphone (not as mean of applications). I am using for more than 5 months and I still find interesting things inside.
if people know what this mobile is they will never use other brands again. Elegant and wonderful. well done LG

I bought LG BL40 last month i enjoyed the phone a lot it has a whole lot of good features. But to my greates suprise just last week my battery run down while i was outside the house when i got back home i plug the phone into my computer to charge through USB, pronto! the phone refuse to boot it only display LG logo and nothing more i thought may be the battery has not charged enough i left if for hour remove the battery and on it again still the samething. Can somebody please help to tell me what could have been the problem. You help in this direction will be highly appreciated.
