Amazing phone, beautiful and sleekly and sexy phone.extremely user friendly.
what i dun fancy is just the typing of message( no i not referring to the Qwerty keyboard, i referring to the typing of message when the phone is place vertical) and sometimes it does lag a bit, it also doesnt support Japanese font.Otherwise, its prefect. i think Lg phone always very user friendly. =)
Updating of phone is pretty easy too. im updating now but it does took up a lot of space, 238mb in exact. =/
i bought in Singapore and it left with only last 3 pieces, i'm glad to be able to grab it in time.anyway my chocolate bl40 does able to watch Youtube via wifi. not sure if other countries Bl40 managed to.
Anyone knows where to get nice cases or pouch for this sexy phone?

2) Does it provide dictionary?

Anonymous, 17 Mar 2010where can we download the 10g firmware ?Update through the LG official Website. U can use the LG PC suite which is either install from the given disc in the LG BL40 package or download from the LG website. then select ur country option and install.

ting, 17 Mar 2010can any one tell me how to convert the movies i have to fit... moreinstall the DIVX movie converter. choose the one with the more pixel option. resultant format should be a mp4 instead of divx

I Like This phone ! I have an Iphone 3g and SE Satio U1 in my pocket, i want to have this phone too , because it same as the iphone , if we compare them , i'll choose LG BL 40 ,because it's styling Than Iphone , Better & Bigger screen than iphone , same touch screens , i mean in touching*, and in it has Avatar HD Trailer it's awesome phone , i worked it about an hour ago, and i'm gonna buy it tommorow , i wont sleep tonight :D btw battery life is same as the iphone don't panic ...

i had a problem with my LG BL40 New Chocolate... Late i couldn't browse into my internet through wifi... its automatically shutdown my phone... i dont know why... please anyone could help me solve my problem?

The phone UI is really too cool, but battery life suckss too much with this one, to compensate for the UI cool tricks and large screen, a 2500 mAH would be kick ass! However all the mobile manuf specially LG is stuck too much on

it is beautiful phone, amazing screen, unbeliavable design and one or two major flows, slow respons in 90% of the UI, internet browser and e.t.c and DISQUISTING battery like every LG, it's worse even than the ARENA.. the BATTERY LIFE IS VERRY POOR, LG PLEASE, DO SOMETHING, the phone is great, but with your batterys and power consumption it is not worth it...
i've had many of LG's previous models, and some of them i liked very much, but the battery life was always a consern with LG... ALWAYS!!!
Do something, samsung are the same... do something like NOKIA, SE, PHILIPS and e.t.c., this LG BL40 i need to rechard AT LEAST 2 times a day... it is stupid and i cannot relly on it....
Plase more battery bars, not only 3... always only 3 bars from LG, so i can't manage my battery time... and with battery life no more than 3-4 hours it is just inconvenient
