you can get the S / W LG's new website based on your country. later you will be required to download an application called B2B support for LG software upgrading process. remember, follow the procedures. the process of upgrading the firmware / software requires more precision to avoid fatal damage to your phone.

hi, I have my BL40 software upgrade, from version 10C to 10G version. so far seem more stable. but other problems arise, the music player constantly "loading" without displaying a list of songs and players. I even have tried to wait 6 hours, but still not showing the song list. and when I press the cancel button system to crash and freeze. must remove the battery to turn off this phone forcibly. if anyone knows how to do factory reset to LG BL40? thanks

I had this phone today in my hand to operate with it, and all i can say, it's impressive device, i take few pics with it it's clean quality, it's not that fast but who cares 4 1sec delay sometime.
I wonder why lg have not built it with larger battery pack.
The screen quality is something special that i have not seen on any other phone.

The S/W update is on the LG website. It is really easy, and fixes the problems that came with the original software.
People need to quit the Iphone comparison. The price of the Iphone is more than twice the cost of this beauty. If the Iphone GS, unlocked and contract free, was $400USD, we would all have the Iphone.
The BL40 is a great phone....can we have some Apps please.

when I initially put bl40, I often find this phone restart itself. but after I did upgrading the software, all the problems it healed. and of course on the latest software, there is always a new addition. such as wallpaper, games, applications without removing existing applications. I began to familiar with LG product. and BL40 is an affirmation of the seriousness of the gadget market. Nice!

I have an LG Bl40 Chocolate with T-mobile service but for some reason I cant get the internet or send mms messages on the phone...can anyone tell me how to get this working?...what type of internet plan I need and what settings I need to put on the phone?
